If you EVER thinking of renting an apartment or a house from this landlord, DO NOT DO IT unless you are ok losing your security deposit ! Like other reviewers mentioned, this is the most horrible landlord in the whole Seattle area, the properties are unkept, house we rented was falling apart presenting multiple code violations and guess what the landlord will tell you his name should be on water bill, just so they can skip the systematic code enforcements and property verifications from the city, telling city they live there and not renting it out! The house we moved into was literally falling apart however we were on the budget and didn’t mind, we even asked his daughter who was showing the house if we will not be liable for scratched floors and bullet holes in the windows, she said do not worry about it, guess what, a year later when the lease is over they saying we owe them $1500 for cleaning BESIDES the $4000 security deposit that they charged us ! How ridiculous is that, those people have over 30 properties and everyone we spoke to said the same thing, they lost their security deposit or got it back thru court.

Moving to Seattle and had to change my State Farm agent. Looked for an agent that was close to my new apartment. Called the Ezra Teshome agency and talked to Habiba. She was wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions and set up my new account with State Farm. I will use her in the future for all my insurance needs. Highly recommended
